you are right it is very important, the training is aimed at everyone who votes, because a vote is not only to say whether or not we approve a proposal we also validate its execution and therefore we must both pronounce on the idea the concept written, but also on the code that will be executed.
RealT will help as much as possible with the training, we do not have a person dedicated to this task, which means that we will do with the little time available.
I think that the first step is the Wiki, continue to improve it whether by contributions from members of the community but also by contributions from RealT.
The training also involves discussions at the time of submission on the proposal forum, taking the time to explain it, to answer questions.
Later the NFT activity will encourage independent content creators to propose content for free, but remunerated by the mechanism proposed for this purpose by the NFT activity.
In order not to always rely on RealT, we hope that the community will take initiatives that RealT will support, the more the community takes charge, the more the DAO will be decentralized and autonomous, RealT becoming an actor like any other who brings its expertise to the ecosystem
