Summary:
This proposal details the election process for the first six members of the DAO Liquidity Management Committee (who will act alongside RealT).
Only selected candidates will be presented for on-chain voting, which concludes this proposal.
The election takes place in three stages, which are detailed in the "Implementation Stage" chapter.
The eligibility criteria are summarized in the "Background" chapter.
Motivation:
To implement a transparent and fair process for selecting members of the RealToken DAO Liquidity Management Committee, in accordance with the criteria established in RIP00020.
Background:
RIP00003 implemented an initial liquidity strategy for the DAO (through a Sushiswap v3 pool, endowed with 200,000 REG) and decided to create a management committee. RIP00020 detailed the operating mode of the DAO's Liquidity Management Committee.
The DAO is now proceeding with the election of its first six members.
In accordance with RIP00020, the candidate must:
- have a minimum investment of $1,000 in RealToken,
- deposit 1,000 REG in the Incentive Vault,
- maintain these minimum levels throughout their term,
- inform RealT (privately) if any of the holding addresses change,
- have participated in more than 70% of the DAO's votes.
Implementation Steps:
Stage 1: Application Process (2 weeks)
During this period, the candidate must:
- create a suggestion on the Forum for their candidacy, in which they will detail their motivation, skills and experience, potential conflicts of interest, and the governance wallet they will use. This suggestion will allow the community to discuss this application.
- Complete and submit the Google Form, which allows the exchange of private information between the candidate and Realt. The requested information is: the Realt.co account email address, the wallet addresses holding the candidate's Realtokens and REG (allowing RealT to validate the required thresholds).
A person may only apply for one application.
Step 2: Exchange and eligibility check (1 week)
The following actions will be carried out during this period:
- Questions and answers on the Forum with the candidates,
- Publication by the candidate, in their suggestion, of the English version of their application in anticipation of the vote,
- Validation by RealT of the information submitted via the Google Form and confirmation, based on the applicant's suggestion, that their application is valid.
- The actions possible during the first period will no longer be possible during the second period. - One of the Proposers will:
- set the Suggestion of successful candidates on the Forum to "Candidacy" mode, and the unsuccessful ones to "Suggestion Closed" mode.
- create the proposal(s) on Tally,
- close the current proposal after the vote.
Step 3: Voting (10 days)
- if fewer than 6 candidates: a single vote to approve all candidates,
- if more than 6 candidates (or if the overall approval is rejected): a vote per candidate to retain only 6 (those with the most "yes" votes).

- RealT: Election "Trusted Third Party": Validation of candidacies, based on private information submitted via Google Form

No budget is required for this proposal.
Committee members will be compensated in accordance with RIP00020.
In accordance with RIP 000020, candidates must maintain: 1000 REG in the Incentive Vault and $1000 in Realtoken for the duration of their term.

La présente proposition détaille le déroulement de l'élection des 6 premiers membres du Comité de gestion de la liquidité de la DAO (qui agiront au coté de RealT).
Seules les candidatures retenues seront présentés au vote On-Chain, ce qui clôturera la présente proposition.
L'élection se déroule en 3 étapes, qui sont détaillées dans la chapitre "Etape d'implémentation".

Motivation :
Dérouler un processus transparent et équitable pour sélectionner les membres du Comité de gestion de la liquidité de la DAO RealToken, conformément aux critères établis dans RIP00020
Contexte :
La RIP00003 a mis en place une première stratégie de liquidité de la DAO ( au travers d'une pool Sushiswap v3, dotée de 200 K REG ) et décidé de la création d'un comité de gestion.
La RIP00020 a détaillé le mode de fonctionnement du comité de gestion de la liquidité de la DAO.
La DAO procède maintenant à l'élection de ses 6 premiers membres.
Conformément à la RIP00020, le candidat devra :
- avoir un investissement minimum de 1 000 $ dans Realtoken,
- déposez 1 000 REG dans le Vault Incentive,
- maintenir ces niveaux minimaux pendant toute la durée de son mandat,
- informer RealT (en privé) si l'une des adresses de détention changeait.
- avoir participé à plus de 70% des votes de la DAO.
Etapes d'implémentation :
Etape 1 : d'acte de candidature (2 semaines),
Pendant cette période, le candidat devra :
- créer une suggestion sur le Forum pour sa candidature, dans laquelle il détaillera : sa motivation, ses compétences et expériences, les conflits d'intérêt éventuels, et le wallet de gouvernance qu'il utilisera.
Cette suggestion, permettra à la communauté d'échanger sur cette candidature.
- Compléter et transmettre le Google Form, qui permet l'échange d'informations privées entre le candidat et Realt. Les informations demandées sont : l'email du compte Realt.co, l'adresse des wallets détenant ses Realtokens et REG (permettant à RealT de valider les seuils imposés).
Une personne ne peut postuler qu'à une seule candidature
Etape 2 : Echange et contrôle de l'éligibilité (1 semaine)
Les actions suivantes, seront réalisées pendant cette période :
- questions/réponses sur le Forum avec les candidats,
- publication par le candidat, dans sa suggestion, de la version anglaise de sa candidature en prévision du vote,
- validation par RealT des informations qui lui ont été transmises via le Google Form et confirmation sur la suggestion du postulant que sa candidature est valide.
- Les actions possibles en première période ne le seront plus en seconde période.
- Un des Proposer :
- fera passer la Suggestion des candidats retenus sur le Forum en mode "Candidacy", et les non-retenus en mode "Suggestion close".
- créera la/les proposal sur Tally,
- clôturera la présente proposition à l'issue du vote.
Etape 3 : Vote (10 jours)
- si moins de 6 candidats : un seul vote pour approuver tous les candidats,
- si plus de 6 candidats (ou si l'approbation globale est rejetée) : un vote par candidats pour n'en retenir que 6 (ceux qui ont le plus de vote "pour").
