Candidate Statement
Candidate's Motivation:
I have been a RealT investor since the very first property was listed for sale and have enthusiastically followed the platform's evolution. Very active on the Telegram channel, I have often exchanged with other community members, which has allowed me, over time, to understand and master the various challenges of the RealToken ecosystem.
Today, I wish to go further by becoming a proposer and thus help advance the DAO towards a more decentralized and autonomous system. I meet the prerequisites, and my experience makes me aware of the challenges to be addressed in RealT's governance.
Furthermore, I am ready to fully engage in debates, listen to community opinions, and work with other members to ensure each proposal is credible and beneficial in the long term. My goal is to contribute constructively to the ecosystem's stability, transparency, and sustainability, so that it continues to develop and innovate.
Governance Experience:
I have led a team of developers for more than five years, which has given me solid experience in project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination. My Federal Certificate as an IT Project Manager also provides me with recognized leadership and planning skills. I strive to create a climate of trust where everyone can express themselves and move forward together towards a common goal. This approach seems essential for contributing to DAO governance, as it requires both listening and adaptability, as well as the desire to unite diverse profiles around ambitious projects.
Conflicts of Interest:
None except that I own REG and RealTokens.
Vision for RealToken DAO:
My vision for the RealToken DAO is based on participatory, transparent governance focused on adding value for all community members. I see the DAO as an ecosystem capable of supporting innovation in real estate tokenization while enabling each token holder to actively contribute to strategic decisions. In my view, one of RealToken's great strengths lies in its ability to combine democratic processes with reliable blockchain technology to ensure project fairness and sustainability.
To strengthen this approach, I want to encourage the implementation of simple and intuitive governance tools that facilitate everyone's involvement, regardless of their technical knowledge level. This goal involves creating clear dashboards, regularly publishing performance reports, and developing voting algorithms adapted to market reality. This would not only strengthen the legitimacy of DAO decisions but also develop a sense of trust and cohesion within the community.
Moreover, I firmly believe that developing innovative applications and scripts can help improve DAO processes by automating certain repetitive tasks or providing customized statistics. Eventually, these initiatives would help shape a proactive DAO, capable of quickly adapting to the challenges of decentralized finance and fractional real estate while remaining true to its principles of transparency and openness.
Finally, the arrival of planned Citizen, Activity, and Collector NFTs is likely to change the dynamics at multiple levels. It's highly likely that this fantastic journey won't be smooth sailing, and it will be crucial to be responsive if a storm hits (and at that point, we must not confuse speed with haste).
